Yay HB 2464 is dead!!
HB 2464 which dealt with the lease of Lake Havasu to Lake Havasu City, the sale of Homolovi, additional
expenditures from LEBSF and the appointment of both the Executive
Director and the ASP Board failed to pass the Senate this afternoon
by a vote of 12 to 18.
